AWAY DAY


GALA Fairydean Rovers are back on their travels this weekend when they travel to the Falkirk Stadium to face East Stirlingshire. The Shire recorded a 4-1 win away at Berwick Rangers on Saturday and will be very difficult opponents. Despite the 5-1 home setback against Bonnyrigg Rose on Saturday, Gala have performed well against the top teams in the Lowland league this season so an intriguing contest is in store. A few seats are still available on the supporters bus for this match departing from the clubrooms at 11.30am. Cost of the return journey is £10.


Kick off at the Falkirk Stadium on Saturday is 3pm.



HOME GAME


FOR stay-at-home supporters, Gala Fairydean Rovers Amateurs entertain league champions Melrose in a Border Amateur C Division fixture at the Netherdale 3G Arena on Saturday. Free admission to this match which kicks off at 2pm.



2007 SQUAD


Due to the extreme weather forecast the under 13s Persevere Cup semi final against Musselburgh Young Stars was postponed on Sunday and will be re-arranged for another date. No fixture this weekend.



2006 SQUAD


The under 14s also fell foul of the weather at the weekend. This Sunday they place Spartans FC Youth in a Division One fixture. Kick off at the Netherdale 3G Arena is 11am.



2005 SQUAD


The under 15s will play Cavalry park in a league match at the Netherdale 3G Arena this Sunday. Kick off 12.30pm.



2004 SQUAD


The under 15s host Longniddry Villa at the Netherdale 3G Arena this Sunday. Kick off 2pm.



2003 SQUAD


The under 17s recorded an impressive 6-4 victory over Spartans on Saturday. This Saturday the team play Arniston Rangers in a League Cup section tie. Kick off on the Netherdale back pitches is 1pm.



LOTTO


There were no winning tickets in the Gala Fairydean Rovers Lotto Draw at the weekend. The numbers were 1, 8 and 15. The estimated jackpot this Sunday is £400.



HALF TIME DRAW


The winner of the 50/50 Half Time Draw at the Gala Fairydean Rovers v Bonnyrigg Rose match on Saturday was Paul Rodger from Edinburgh who won £52.



FIXTURES UP-DATE


There are a couple of important diary dates coming up following an up-date of Lowland League fixtures. Gala Fairydean Rovers will travel to play Bonnyrigg Rose at New Dundas Park on Saturday, March 14, kick off 3pm. On Wednesday, March 25, Gala Fairydean Rovers will entertain East Kilbride under the lights at the Netherdale 3G Arena, kick off 7.45pm.
