SCOTTISH CUP
GALA Fairydean Rovers face their biggest match of the season on Saturday when they travel to Dalbeattie for the opening round of the William
Hill Scottish Cup. Gala won 1-0 at Islecroft Park earlier in the season and another tough match is in prospect with a place in the second round of the national tournament at stake.
A supporters bus will be running to this tie departing from the clubrooms at 11am. sharp. Cost of the return journey is £7.
AWAY DAY
GALA Fairydean Rovers Amateurs are also heading to the south-west this weekend. They travel to Canonbie to face CFC Bowholm in a Border Amateur C Division fixture. Transport times to be confirmed at training.

The under 13s are away to AC Oxgangs Reds on Sunday in the Ken Ritchie Cup.
2006 SQUAD
The under 14s were unfortunate to go down 4-2 away to Lothian Colts on Sunday in a Division One match. Oliver McClymont and Chris Wilson were the Gala scorers. This Sunday the team is at home to Spartans in the John Crawford Cup. Kick off at the Netherdale 3G Arena is 11am.

The under 15s departed from the Inspiresport Scottish Cup at the weekend losing 8-1 at Portobello. This Sunday the team is at home
Edinburgh South. Kick off at the Netherdale 3G Arena is 12.30pm.
2004 SQUAD
The under 16s recorded a 5-0 win away to Edinburgh City on Sunday. This Sunday the team is at home to Edinburgh United. Kick off at the Netherdale 3G arena is 2pm.
2003 SQUAD
The under 17s went down 6-0 at home to Edinburgh City Whites at Netherdale on Saturday. This Saturday the team is at home to Cavalry Park in the Michael Moran Cup. Kick off at the Netherdale 3G Arena is 1pm.

There were no winners in the Gala Fairydean Rovers FC Lottto draw at the weekend. The numbers were 6, 7 and 18. The estimated jackpot next week is £800.

MO Brown was the £25 winner of the Gala Fairydean Rovers Bonus Ball competition with number 28.
HALF TIME DRAW
The winner of the 50/50 Half Time Draw at Saturday's match between Gala Fairydean Rovers and Newton Stewart was David McKie from Newton Stewart who won £34.
WALKING FOOTBALL
Congratulations to North Lanarkshire who won the annual Gala Fairydean Rovers Walking Football Tournament at the Netherdale 3G Arena on Sunday. Twelve teams from all over Central Scotland and the Borders took part. The home side were beaten in a penalty shoot-out in a tense final. Thanks to all who contributed to the success of the tournament.
LEGENDS GAME
Gala Fairydean Rovers Legends will play Hibernian Legends in a friendly match at the Netherdale 3G Arena on Sunday, October 13, kick off 2pm. All proceeds will go to the Gala Fairydean Rovers Academy.
