HOME GAME

Dalbeattie Star are the visitors to Netherdale this Saturday for a Lowland League fixture. After the disappointment of the call-off for Saturday's trip to Gretna, Gala Fairydean Rovers will be eager to return to action after a fortnight's break. Star maybe sitting second bottom of the table but there are no easy games in this league and will be dangerous opponents.

Premier Club cards apply for this match. Otherwise the admission prices are £5 for adults and £3 concessions. Kick off at the 3G Arena is 3pm. There will be a one minute's silence before the game in memory of John Irving who passed away recently and who was a life member having served the club for more

than 50 years.

EARLY KICK OFF

AS part of a double header at the 3G Arena this Saturday, Gala Fairydean Rovers Amateurs entertain Selkirk Victoria in a Border Amateur League C Division fixture.

Kick off is 12 noon.

LOTTO

It is the last Gala Fairydean Rovers FC Lotto draw this Sunday before the festive fortnight break. And the estimated jackpot has now risen to £1400 which would be a tremendous lift before Christmas so tickets will be on sale at the clubrooms up until 2pm on Sunday as well as the usual town centre outlets during the week.

For the record last Sunday's numbers were 6, 14 and 15 and there were no winners.

BONUS BALL

The winner of the Gala Fairydean Rovers Bonus Ball Competition was Catherine Wilkinson with number 19 which won her £75.

2005 SQUAD

Sunday's game away to Arniston Rangers in the Colin Campbell Sports Cup fell foul to the weather. This Sunday the under 13s have a derby game against Kelso to look forward to. Kick off at the 3G Arena is 11am.

2004 SQUAD

The under 14s game away to Kirkliston on Sunday was postponed. This Sunday the team are at home to Dalkeith Thistle CFC in the semi-final of the David Innes Cup. Kick off at the 3G Arena is 12.30pm.

2003 SQUAD

The under 15s recorded a 6-1 victory over Kirkliston/South Queensferry at a very cold 3G Arena on Sunday. The Gala scorers were Sam Derrick (4), Dylan Curran and Jamie Palmer. Arniston Rangers are the visitors to the 3G Arena this Sunday. Kick off 2pm.

2002 SQUAD

The under 16s are away to Spartans FC Reds on Sunday. Transport times to be given at training.
